6. Intellectual Property

The USAPhonesBooks name, logo, site design, original text, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by US and international intellectual property laws. References to other brands, such as usphonebook, are made only for comparison and identification and imply no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and use the site for your own personal lookups. You may not copy, republish, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the service without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USAPhonesBooks and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Because the service is free, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification
